Process evidence

The proof is the argument

Tools are engineered around the machine concept, workpiece geometry, and process requirement – not picked from a catalog. Where a customer has approved disclosure, we back up the result with figures from the running process.

Example, camshaft grinding: CBN profile grinding of a nodular cast-iron camshaft, specification B151 L200 VEWN, wheel diameter Ø 650 mm, peripheral speed 80 m/s.

All figures come from approved customer processes and apply to the setup documented there. They are evidence, not a guarantee.

30 – 50 %
Longer tool life
over 40 %
Longer dressing interval
0.15 – 0.25 µm
Ra, stable across the tool life

Tool life and dressing interval from CV-joint grinding; roughness from grinding carbide indexable inserts. Each figure appears with its process parameters on the respective application page (German).
